French manufacturer of industrial machines and equipment for the ceramics, glass and heat treatment sectors, Cerinnov is recognised as an expert in its field both in France and internationally. Today the group is looking for a buyer for both its holding and one of its operating companies, in order to continue and further develop its activities.

The group structure is based around a holding company, Cerinnov Group, which has three subsidiaries:
- Cerinnov SAS, an operating subsidiary specializing in the manufacture and sale of turnkey technological solutions for ceramic and glass processes;
- Cristallerie de Saint-Paul, specialized in the manufacture and marketing of enamel for metals and “fire art” related products;
- Cerinnov Unipessoal LDA (CERAMIFOR), based in Portugal, experts in the manufacture of industrial ovens for the ceramics and glass industries.
With a strong team of experienced engineers and a flexible organisational structure, the group stands out for its commitment to R&D in five keys areas: automation, forming, heat treatment, laser, and decoration. With more than 5 000 pieces of equipment installed globally, a significant patent portfolio, and a strong capacity for innovation, Cerinnov Group has proven industrial experience.
The group also has a comprehensive infrastructure: design offices, factories equipped with overhead cranes, forklifts, welding stations and machining centres, distributed over three production sites in France and in Portugal with a total surface area of 13 000 m².
Present in more than 100 countries, Cerinnov’s core business is in France (61.4 % of turnover in 2024), with the rest of Europe representing 28.9% of its turnover, giving it a solid presence on a number of European industrial markets.
Facing a slowdown since 2024 and in view of the political and geopolitical uncertainties that have seen decision-makers placing investments on hold, Cerinnov Group has experienced a decline in cash flow. In this context, the holding company Cerinnov Group and its subsidiary Cerinnov SAS have been placed under the protection of the Tribunal des Activités Économiques in Limoges, which opened two sets of receivership proceedings on September 24th 2025.

Please note that the Group’s other two subsidiaries, Cristallerie de Saint-Paul and Cerinnov Unipessoal LDA, are not affected by the receivership proceedings and remain in business as usual. However, because all of their shares are held by the holding company, they have been included in the tender for sale through the assignment of their shares.
