The Sorbonne Law School is proud to announce its new training program introducing French bankruptcy law for foreign students and practitioners, created by the Professor François-Xavier Lucas in collaboration with Archer Law Firm (Fabrice Patrizio and its team Clément Phalippou and Claire Gamain). The program will be structured around three axes: a presentation of French Insolvency proceedings, an understanding of the impacts of EU Insolvency Regulation on French Law, and cases studies delivered by lawyers experienced in cross-border insolvency, such as Cécile Dupoux (Hogan Lovells) and Reinhard Damann (Damann Avocat). The next session is expected in September 2022.
